During the completion of the order you have the option to specify a delivery address different from your own, such as a gift. In this case, the delivery of products will directly address that you specifically indicatoci when ordering.

DELIVERY
We are committed to deliver your order within 48 hours in Italy and up to 5-7 working days from the order for the EU countries. E 'should be pointed out that delivery times may vary for reasons beyond our control or due to force majeure, a critical traffic and traffic in general or by act of the authorities.
The delivery should take place daily from Monday to Friday excluding holidays, during office hours: from 8.30 to 12.30 and from 15.30 to 19.30.
BROKEN OR LOSS OF GOODS IN TRANSIT
The customer is not liable for any damage or loss during transport. In such cases ITALYDELICE will assume responsibility to replace the goods at their own expense. The customer may contact our customer service by requiring the replacement of the goods within 3 working days of receipt of the parcel.
In case of theft or loss ITALYDELICE agrees to send a new product and, where the same should not be available or sold out, will propose an alternative product with equivalent characteristics. In any case, the customer may choose not to accept it and request the issue of credit note on the cost of the product itself.
